1970s Watercolor Gown (S)

An absolute dream. This is an incredible vintage circa 1970s dress with an empire waist and gorgeous long sleeves. Truly a work of art with the watercolor floral design!!! WOW!!! Has a zipper up the back as well as a waist tie to cinch in as much as you prefer. Such a gorgeous piece.
