All shoes are made to order with a turnaround time of 9-10 WEEKS (sometimes longer depending on the style). I stitch every shoe design by hand and guarantee the quality of my work if any further work needs done on your shoes I will be more than happy to fix them up for you provided you send the shoes back for work. Since these are hand stitched every pair will vary ever so slightly in the cut but I do my best to make them as identical as I possibly can. Stitching will have a handmade look to them which I attribute to the charm of these shoes. These are my terms and conditions of selling and I assume with your purchase that you understand this.
